Lead engineer on a B2B SaaS platform for real-estate developers. Delivered the MVP in four months and have led the platform since; Nexity, France's largest property developer, signed six months later, Bpifrance backed the company in late 2025 and SFLP joined in 2026.Built the reservation lifecycle end to end on a 110-entity domain model split across 13 bounded modules: options, quick and electronic reservations, withdrawals, e-signature and reporting. Designed the audit-trail architecture and the versioned migration platform the team releases through, gated by 1,200+ specs and a Playwright suite running against a Postgres branch cut per pull request. Designed the multi-dimensional permission matrix, granular to user x property: bulk grants run in two database queries, down from 3.2s to under 300ms. Specified the metered partner API with key auth and usage billing, and own CI/CD and deployment across Vercel and AWS.

Built and maintained the first production version of Tauniqo.ai (formerly TalentYou), an AI training and hiring platform. Drove the early build and the full AWS production deployment, shipping the platform's first version. Designed the production RAG and vector-search layer that grounds every generated course in the customer's own material. The platform has since been adopted by Leroy Merlin, Randstad and Manpower.
